Virtual Sales Rep (Direct Mail & Print)
Responsibilities
Actively prospecting for new accounts, developing new business, targeting key prospects and maximizing sales potential with existing customers
Identify potential customers from inbound web inquires, advertising responses, and cold calling activities
Manage leads, make sales appointments and follow up
Respond to inquiries and solicit new business via telemarketing
Meet and exceed sales goals set by management specifically related to outbound calls/day, prospecting emails/day, new orders/day as well as timely follow up and appointment setting goals
Record and track lead and customer activity and communication in online sales systems
Identify new customers that qualify for account management
Establish relationships with existing accounts and reactivate eroded accounts
Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that is inline with
Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place
Communicate effectively with management, and the marketing and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met

Requirements
Successful experience in lead gen, sales, account retention
