Vir­tu­al Sales Rep (Direct Mail & Print)

Respon­si­bil­i­ties
Active­ly prospect­ing for new accounts, devel­op­ing new busi­ness, tar­get­ing key prospects and max­i­miz­ing sales poten­tial with exist­ing cus­tomers
Iden­ti­fy poten­tial cus­tomers from inbound web inquires, adver­tis­ing respons­es, and cold call­ing activ­i­ties
Man­age leads, make sales appoint­ments and fol­low up
Respond to inquiries and solic­it new busi­ness via tele­mar­ket­ing
Meet and exceed sales goals set by man­age­ment specif­i­cal­ly relat­ed to out­bound calls/day, prospect­ing emails/day, new orders/day as well as time­ly fol­low up and appoint­ment set­ting goals
Record and track lead and cus­tomer activ­i­ty and com­mu­ni­ca­tion in online sales sys­tems
Iden­ti­fy new cus­tomers that qual­i­fy for account man­age­ment
Estab­lish rela­tion­ships with exist­ing accounts and reac­ti­vate erod­ed accounts
Present and dis­cuss the prod­ucts and ser­vices of the com­pa­ny in a way that is inline with
Under­stand and com­ply with the sales system/program in place
Com­mu­ni­cate effec­tive­ly with man­age­ment, and the mar­ket­ing and pro­duc­tion teams, inform­ing and updat­ing them reg­u­lar­ly to guar­an­tee that sales and cus­tomer objec­tives are met
